After Pote finished serving his term, he looked for Boaz to avenge Teresa, which started a confrontation that ended with a “mano a mano” or a “Sinaloa style” knife battle. Anyone watching this scene would be left at the edges of their seats as they badly injure one other. But of course, just as it looks like Pote has reached his end, he was able to give a deadly blow to Boaz.

Pote reunites with his best mates, Chicho and Dumas, before fleeing town to finally live a life he deserves – a life with all the drugs and violence behind him. He transfers ownership of Siete Gotas to the former and Teresa’s seaside property to the latter, which could make any fan of the series happy as everyone knows the two deserve their share of a happy ending.

The Big Reveal

Despite the scenes showing Teresa’s death and cremation, everyone is holding on to that hope that Teresa is still alive, and she is! It’s the finale’s biggest moment revealed after Kelly Ann introduces Pote to his daughter and they enter a beach house. In it, James greets Pote and takes him to a safe place where Teresa has been hiding.

And if either prison or death were my own options, what do you know, I chose life.” What a twist and satisfying ending!
