Eva Marcille has dated several notable artists from the music, film, and TV industry. She dated actor Lance Gross in 2006, and they got engaged in 2008 only for them to separate in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, she also dated rapper Flo Rida. After that, she dated musician Kevin McCall, with whom she has a daughter.
After several relationships, Eva Marcille finally met someone to settle down with in 2017, in the form of attorney Michael Sterling who she married on October 7, 2018. Together, they have two sons, and they have launched a CBD oil company as their business.
